Warranty Information:

1 Year Warranty Included (Parts and Labors):

We are here to assure you that your computer is fully functional within a year. That is why we offer you a full 1 Year Warranty on all of our refurbished PCs and laptops and custom-built PCs. During the warranty period, we will provide the defective part(s) and labor at no cost. The parts must be compatible with the original part(s) or/and product(s).

Laptops' batteries:

We test all of the laptop batteries; however, we cannot warranty on their life and health stage of them. All laptop batteries are fundamentally tested and assured to hold a charge for at least 30 minutes.  

1 Year Warranty Excluded:

The warranty excludes:

1. Any problems caused by third-party software or application.

2. Any unauthorized repairs and modifications.

3. Any changes to internal components will void the warranty.

4. Any issues related to cookies, malware, virus, worm.

5. Any issues related to damages of internet download or using third party-app. 

Returns:

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
